Berkley football star Nolan Givan is headed to the DI ranks. Heck, everyone who’s watched him compete on the prep gridiron the past few years, knows he’s worthy.

After being committed to DI-AA Fordham for the past eight months, Givan, a 6-foot-4 wideout who can stretch defenses long and go deep as well as make a living beating secondaries across the middle, got and accepted a scholarship from Ball State University of the Mid-American Conference over the weekend.
Givan help guide the Berkley Bears to a Division 2 district championship back in the fall. He didn’t blink when the BSU Cardinals came calling, nor should he have – because that’s where he belongs.
