Birmingham Groves is having a historic football season this fall. The Falcons boys hoop troop will be pretty darn good on the hardwood this winter too. Last year, the Groves cage crew went 16-8 and grabbed a Class A district championship. TEAM WEST brings back a majority of its rotation and should be a frontrunner for the OAA Blue crown.

Charles Jones (F) – Talented transfer from Detroit Renaissance, hardwood assassin on the wing, sleek and athletic with a very good motor

 

Donovan Tares (F) – Banger on the blocks, energy guy, durable and consistent

 

Mitch Pitts (G) – Soft touch from deep coming off the bench

 

Christian Williams (F) – Slasher specialist, rock-solid mid-range game
