1. Sam Johnson (Walled Lake Western) – Poise and pistol-armed personified under center is the best way to describe this Boston College-bound mega baller!!
2. Dustin Fletcher (Flint Carman-Ainsworth) – The top junior field general in the state…..ENOUGH SAID!!!
3. Dequan Finn (Detroit King) – Central Michigan is getting one of the smoothest signal callers to ever come out of the PSL and that’s CHIPP-TASTIC out in Pleasantville!!
4. Dwan Mathis (Oak Park) – This Ohio State commit has the highest upside, not just of any quarterback in the state, but of any player, too.
5. Austin Brown (Madison Heights Madison) – Metro Detroit’s high school version of Drew Brees, goes SURGICAL on opposing secondaries as a matter of habit.
6. Emmanuel Ferguson (River Rouge) – Committed to Air Force and just starting to scratch the surface on his potential……that’s pretty freaking scary, right?
7. RaeQuan Beal (Detroit Renaissance) – Maybe the most productive offseason of any quarterback in the state and saw his recruiting stock skyrocket as a result……..Expect for the explosiveness to shake the PSL to its very core in just a few weeks
8. Greg Piscopink (Birmingham Brother Rice) – Most electrifying player you don’t know about…..YET!!
9. Tommy Schuster (Macomb Chippewa Valley) – The No. 1 quarterback in Macomb County and a TRUE BOSS-HOSS TALENT on and off the field……You can take that to the bank!!!
10. Cameron Martinez (Muskegon) – Ready to take the Westside of the state by storm……Can you say it’s about to get LIT in Big Red Country?
