STATE CHAMPS! SCOUT TEAM: Michigan, Ohio schools raid Indiana’s DL bumper crop — Lafayette Jeff duo, Riley’s Lee commit

The state of Indiana has had plenty of fantastic defensive line prospects in its ranks these past few years. Two just ran across the border to Michigan for their college ball.
Over last weekend, Lafayette Jefferson junior defensive lineman Peyton Price committed to Eastern Michigan and South Bend Riley junior defensive end Tyson Lee committed to Western Michigan. Price’s teammate Jalen Monrrow, one of the biggest sleepers in the state’s Class of ’21, committed to Cincinnati. Monrrow is a spunky pass rusher.
Price (6-foot-2, 300 pounds) possesses a top-flight motor and an NFL bloodline. His big brother Brian plays in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Last fall, he was limited to only seven games due to injuries, but still managed 42 tackles and 16 quarterback hurries.
Lee (6-3, 245) unleashes the fury in the disrupting the pocket department. He registered 52 tackles, five sacks and 14 hurries in 2019. Practically the entire Mid-American Conference was after Lee’s services at the next level.
Monrrow (6-4, 265) mixes finesse, technique and fiery aggression in his ability to get after quarterbacks. During the 2019 campaign, he wrangled up 55 tackles, six sacks and 18 hurries.
