Belleville junior football-recruit Devontae Dobbs recently got bumped up to 5-star prospect status. Some experts peg Dobbs, a 6-foot-5, 275 pound offensive tackle, the No. 1 recruit in the state’s Class of 2019. He currently has close to three dozen offers from power conference programs at the next level to peruse.
