All The Right Moves From The EL — Trojans Tailback Clarizio Catching Fire In Football Recruiting

His moves on the gridiron are flawless. Slick-footed with the nose for the big play under the bright lights.

College scouts are taking notice. And floodgates are opening.

East Lansing junior running back Jace Clarizio is experiencing a major surge in his recruiting this week.

Clarizio (6-0, 185) snagged offers from USC, Wisconsin and Indiana, after ending last year with bids from Michigan State, Iowa State and Louisville. He will be a top candidate for Mr. Football in 2024.

In just seven games of action in ’23, Clarizio rushed for 1,247 yards and 16 touchdowns and led his club to the Division 2 final four. It was East Lansing’s first trip to the state semifinals in more than two decades.
