1. Detroit Cass Tech (5-0), A: The Technicians had a surprisingly easy time defeating Detroit East English Village Prep, 58-18. On Saturday Cass Tech hosts Detroit King at noon.
2. Detroit Catholic Central (5-0), A: Quarterback Austin Brown’s TD pass in the second overtime gave the Shamrocks a 28-21 victory over Birmingham Brother Rice. On Friday C.C. hosts Brantford (Ont.) Pauline Collegiate.
3. Utica Eisenhower (5-0), A: The Eagles kicked a field goal to defeat Romeo, 16-14. Eisenhower will play at Macomb L’Anse Creuse North on Friday.
4. Muskegon (4-1), A: The Big Reds rolled past Muskegon Reeths-Puffer, 66-0. Muskegon travels to Grand Rapids Union on Friday.
5. Detroit King (5-0), A: King defeated Detroit Osborn, 46-0, and will play at Cass Tech on Saturday.
6. Walled Lake Western (4-1), A: Western defeated Waterford Kettering, 40-21, and will play at Waterford Mott on Friday.
7. Saline (5-0), A: The Hornets defeated Ann Arbor Huron, 54-0. This Friday Saline will play at Ann Arbor Pioneer.
8. Lowell (5-0), A: Lowell defeated Greenville, 35-10, and will host Cedar Springs on Friday.
9. Grandville (5-0), A: Grandville defeated East Kentwood, 46-3, and will play at Rockford on Friday.
10. Davison (5-0), A: Tariq Reid scored four TDs as Davison defeated Saginaw 52-0. On Friday Davison hosts Midland.
11. Traverse City Central (5-0), A: Central slipped past Gaylord 21-20 on a late field goal and will host Petoskey Friday.
12. Dearborn Fordson (5-0), A: Fordson defeated Redford Thurston 45-6 and will host Redford Union on Friday.
13. Temperance Bedford (4-1), A: The Kicking Mules defeated Ann Arbor Skyline 41-7 and will host Monroe on Friday.
14. Orchard Lake St. Mary’s (3-2), A: The Eaglets held Warren De La Salle to 138 yards and defeated the Pilots 14-7. St. Mary’s plays Brother Rice at Berkley on Saturday.
15. River Rouge (4-1), B: River Rouge defeated Detroit Community 67-0 and will host Pontiac Notre Dame Prep on Friday.
16. Grand Ledge (4-1), A: The Comets defeated Jackson 30-19 and will host Lansing Eastern on Friday.
17. Allen Park (5-0), A: The Jaguars defeated Gibraltar Carlson 14-6 and will host Trenton on Friday.
18. Birmingham Groves (5-0), A: The Falcons defeated Birmingham Seaholm 36-0 and will play at Farmington Hills Harrison on Friday.
