STATE CHAMPS! picks the winners for the MHSAA football finals
After months of start-and-stop play, and on-again, off-again plans, we’re finally at the finals. Eight more games to determine the champions of the eight MHSAA 11-player football divisions, then we’re finally done with the fall season. We’ve been fairly accurate so far, ranging from 74 percent to 82 percent correct on our staff picks — made by host/co-producer Lorne Plant, digital managing editor Matthew B. Mowery, multimedia producer Chuck Pellerito and social media manager David Bodine — but we’ve got one more round to go.
