Five For Fighting — The Top 5 New QBs In the Indianapolis Area

Danny O’Neil (Indianapolis Cathedral 6-foot-1 Soph.) — The hype is real, be afraid, be very afraid!

Carsen Melvin (Plainfield 6-2 Fr.) — Couldn’t script a varsity debut for a freshman under center any better, this kid is THE TRUTH!

Jayden Whitaker (Brownsburg 6-2 Jr.) — Possesses all the tools for a great two-year tenure going surgical in the pocket, sporting some serious upside for college recruiters.

Aycen “Tank” Stevens (Decatur Central 6-4 Jr.) — Will play linebacker in college at a Power 5, but can shock and awe as a pure athlete at the quarterback spot.

(tie) Montez Jones (Lawrence North 6-0 Soph.) — Ready to set the Circle City on fire with his razzle and dazzle moves: Exhibit A, see Week 1.

(tie) Nolan Buckman (Indianapolis Brebeuf Jesuit 6-0 Jr.) — Intelligence, arm strength and field vision make for a lot of defensive coordinator headaches in the coming months.
