FIVE FOR FIGHTING — The top 5 “low key” breakouts by junior MHSAA QBs In ‘20

Joey Baker (Lansing Catholic 6-foot-2, 175 pounds) — Stepped into the huddle like a BOSS and was in terminator mode all fall long.

Jacob Recker (Clare 6-3, 200) — Rugged, smart, efficient, makes tough throws when they count the most.

Jake Townsend (Croswell-Lexington 5-11, 175) — The definition of a SWAG NASTY under center, gets the job done at all costs.

Jaden Herrick (Corunna 6-3, 185) — Lots of upside as a college recruit, can be electric in his roll outs.

(tie) Ian Sanders (Grandville 6-0, 185) — The straw that stirred the drink for a very good Grandville gridiron squad.

(tie) Robert Salter (Roseville 6-0, 175) — One of the best signal callers in Macomb County and seemingly out of nowhere.
