Burney’s If There Was a 2020 Football Season Top 25

What would have been the first football weekend of the 2020 fall season, as it was originally scheduled, has come and gone with no action on fields around the state. Who would’ve been the top 25 players in the state to keep an eye on, if we’d had action? Scott M. Burnstein gives you his updated list of prospects:

1 Donovan Edwards (West Bloomfield Sr. RB) — The quintessential home run threat out of the backfield.

2 Damon Payne (Belleville Sr. DL) — Big-time talent in the trenches & ‘Bama bound!
