STATE CHAMPS! SCOUT TEAM: The QB Commitment Report — Michigan 2021 QBs ready to go next level in the GLIAC

The GLIAC welcomed four new quarterbacks into the fold with the commitments of a handful of the MHSAA’s top field generals this week:
Ty Brotebeck (Grand Blanc 6-foot-1, 185 pounds) — Committed to Northwood, Brotebeck is a high-upside grab after a superb senior season moving the chains for the Bobcats. One of the most improved players at the position in his class.
Josh Byers (Utica Ford 6-2, 175) — Committed to Michigan Tech, Byers might be the most underrated signal-calling prospect in Metro Detroit (definitely Macomb County). We’re talking the definition of a quiet assassin.
Jalin Pitchford (Wyandotte Roosevelt 6-1, 195) — Committed to Northwood, Pitchford is a DI talent in the pocket and presents tremendous value as a Timberwolves recruit. Smooth release, makes all the throws and makes it look easy.
Braylon Silvas (Flint Kearsley 6-0, 170) — Committed to Saginaw Valley State, Silvas is an electric playmaker oozing with “it” factor. He made magic as a Flintstoner and should be a real beauty of a baller in the Sag Nasty these next few years.
