Megatron is for the taking again. Expect a mad rush to his doorstep.

River Rouge junior wide receiver Nick Marsh, the MHSAA’s Megatron-like deep threat and red zone terror, the past three years, has de-committed from Michigan State and is back on the recruiting market for the Class of 2024 on the football field. Marsh is a consensus 4-star recruit and the No. 1 pass catcher in the state.

The 6-foot-3 blue-chip big-play specialist has since scooped offers from Auburn, UCLA and Miami (FL). As a freshman in 2020 campaign, Marsh broke out in a major way on a D2 state finalist squad, Last fall, he caught 60 balls for 800 yards and 8 touchdowns on a 5-5 club that lost to eventual state champion Detroit King in the first round of the playoffs.

Marsh originally committed to MSU last summer and the Spartans is now one of more than three dozen suitors for the slick playmaker, who also excels on the wing for the River Rouge hoop crew.
